Your self-belief is a mental picture you hold in your head and it narrates the stories you tell about yourself,
how you interact with others, the amount of money
you earn, how you spend it, the goals you choose,
how you take care of your body, the places you go,
the relationships that you have, the life you create,
and what you believe is possible.
It’s why you can know all the right “things” to do, but not make progress…. when you don’t believe you are worthy of success.
It’s why you can try “thinking positive thoughts” but still feel stuck … when you don’t truly believe that things will ever be different.
It's why you can lose the weight but put it all back on… because you haven’t changed your inner self-image.
It’s why all those attempts to “fix” yourself only make you feel worse… when a part of you believes that you always will be broken.
It's why you can see others doing the things that you want to do…
but you haven’t yet accepted what is possible for you.
And it’s why so many of your days feel like a dull blend of heavy, hard, boring or mundane ...
