Well, that’s a great question…. With a bit of a broad answer.
Don’t hate me, but it depends.
On you.
On what your needs are, what your goals are, or simply why you might be feeling stuck.
I feel it is a deep privilege to be a coach.
I consider my role to be part coach and part consultant.
A life coach asks the question, “What do you think you should do?”, which can be powerful in its own right, and a consultant offers the question “Can I share some tools that might be beneficial?”I
have found that both the “root cause” and the “solution” often begin in the same place - in our thoughts, outlook, and mindset.
So managing mindset will inevitably be a part of your ongoing “work”.
Life can feel like a rollercoaster at times and we often struggle to see the obstacles that are blocking us or the strategies that can help… especially when we are carrying heavy burdens, in the thick of transitions, feeling overwhelmed, or looking to achieve major goals.
I personally have learned so much from my own coaches and mentors.
As a certified Master Life Coach, Mindset Mentor, and with a Masters Degree in Nutrition I can help give you insight on many different facets in your life.
I can help push you in areas that you might need pushing (like health and wellness, or setting some goals), but I can also help support you in areas where you could use a little support or possibly a new perspective (yep, it might sound cliche, but I KNOW there’s nothing you can’t get through!)
